About Me

My journey started 23 years ago when I began my studies in Homeopathy. I have also studied many other healing modalities from Jungian Dreamwork to Cranial Sacral Therapy to Shamanic practices. I continue to explore and have expanded my repertory to include Mari and Biological Decoding.

My philosophy:  We are whole human beings, we have a psyche, a mind, a body, a spirit.  They all work in harmony together.  We may be unaware of this harmony, and the beautiful way it all works together.  The human body is the most amazing self healing organism, miracles happen.  When the unconscious aspect of ourselves needs us to become aware of an issue it sends a message, through dreams, through symptoms, through disease, or mirrored back through the world around us. Working with these messages helps us to integrate the awareness of a greater part of our wholeness.

Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine- graduated 2002

Post graduate studies with various homeopaths- Jan Scholten, Jeremy Sherr, Divya Chabra, Rajan Sankaran, Vega Rosenberg.

Cranial Sacral Therapy through Upledger Institute- 3  levels -1998

Shamanic Practitioner Training with Heloisa Port- 2011 - including spirit releasement, sound healing, soul retrieval, ancestral healing, etc.  

Dreamwork- 1996 to 2013.

Various hands on healing modalities-Therapeutic Touch, Bill Bengston's Bioenergetic Healing, Currently studying One-on-one Breath Dialogue
